High QA products have been supplied to the nuclear industry for over 30 years, with an exclusive corporate focus toward the nuclear industry. We hold accreditation for the design and supply of a wide variety of nuclear pressure boundary equipment, and are one of few ASME N-Stamp holders located in Canada. We have a full NQA-1 program which serves as a foundation for a multi-tiered QA system satisfying the requirements of all the major nuclear quality program systems. A commitment to a very active nuclear quality program system affects all our products and services and is very actively enforced.
ODIM Numet is a full service nuclear engineering company. Through ongoing growth and diversification, ODIM Numet has built a strong complement of engineering, development and manufacturing capabilities, which focus on high quality, high reliability, and precision engineered systems for the Nuclear Industry. Our staff comprises mechanical, electrical and control engineering professionals as well as corresponding CAD designers and drafting personnel. We are a pioneer in the use of parametric solid modeling in the design and analysis of complex equipment and structures for any critical nuclear application.
Our manufacturing staff includes machinists, nuclear qualified welders and millwrights experienced in the assembly and testing of complex electro-mechanical systems for the nuclear industry. Our qualified assemblers and millwrights fabricate complicated and precise equipment. Most machining is completed in-house using a combination of conventional and CNC machines. Our machine shop is staffed by a group of experienced and well-qualified machinists and toolmakers. Certified welders fabricate components from stainless steel, Inconel, hastalloy, tantalum, titanium and other exotic materials.
Supporting company products throughout the entire lifecycle has proven to be a cost effective solution to support client requirements, from Installation to Commissioning to “Available for Service” support. ODIM Numet is well versed in the operating practices of a nuclear facility and can operate seamlessly to provide all of the site specific documentation required for the integration of our equipment. Select personnel have received training and qualifications required to work in radiation environments. These On-Call support services have been provided on a 24/7 schedule during various times as demanded by project schedules.
